  • Inside Dhaka City: Orders are delivered within 24 hours.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Orders are delivered within 48–72 hours, depending on your location.

4. Can I exchange my shoes if the size doesn’t fit?

Absolutely! If you’d like to change the size or style, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement quickly.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Discounted Items: Products purchased under any offer or discount are non-refundable. However, you may exchange them for any other product of your choice.

  • Inspection: To ensure a smooth experience, we highly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery Man before receiving it.
